We Are Not The Same

Typical "valet" services provide what they call door-to-door service as they pick trash up at the door and deposit that trash in an on-site dumpster or compactor. After that their task is complete and they leave the property. Some may provide additional services such as pressure washing but most merely do trash.

How we are different.

  • Each service level we offer is all inclusive and begins at the tenant's doorstep with solid waste being deposited by the tenant into one of our fire-retardant receptacles or recycling bins. We remove each tenant's waste, deposit that waste in our dedicated company assets and completely remove that collected waste from your property each day we provide service. We effectively reduce on-site trash accumulation. We call this door-to-landfill service.

  • We provide roll-off containers and workers as needed for cleanouts and remodeling.

  • We offer pressure washing of breezeways and on-site trash pads.

  • We provide two bins...one for trash and one for recycling.

  • No personal vehicles onsite, only fully insured commercial company assets.

  • No bag limits. Your tenants have trash....we take care of that trash.
